Located on the waterfront in Newcastle (only a stone’s throw from the fish markets!) it is hard not to take advantage of the fresh, local seafood in the Hunter so our menu is jam packed full of wonderful seafood options. However, the seasonal menu is well balanced to suit all diners with something to impress vegetarians, steak lovers and gluten free diners alike.
Inspiration for the menu has also been drawn from the equipment available to the chefs in our kitchen; namely the huge grill that once was used as a ‘cook your own steak’ setup. Menu items like the jerk rub chicken, Riverine scotch fillet and the baby barramundi are all cooked atop the fiery grill beside the waters edge.
